  1. Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add green onions, pine nuts and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until nuts are lightly browned.
  2. Add rice, salt, pepper and thyme; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until well blended. Serve immediately.
