Soy-glazed Chicken with Peas and Water Chestnuts

  1. Whisk first 6 ingredients in saucepan, cook until glaze thickens, 2 minutes.
  2. Place chicken, skin side up, on rack in baking pan.
  3. Brush with some of the glaze.
  4. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes.
  5. Brushing with glaze every 10 minutes.
  6. Stop glazing 5 minutes before end.
  7. Broil chicken 5 minutes to crisp skin.
  8. Fix couscous following package directions, with water, add peas and water chestnuts.
  9. Put on platter with chicken.
