Rice with Garlic and Herbs
- 240 g long-grain rice, (3 dl)
- 5 water
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp oregano
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 fresh chives, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
- Rinse rice and discard water.
- Bring rice, water, thyme, oregano and salt to a boil.
- Let boil covered for 20 – 25 minutes at low heat.
- Add chives and garlic before serving.
