Pretzels I

In Romanian: Covrigei I



  1. cream the butter with the Sugar, adding the eggs one by one, then vanilla, wine and rum.
  2. Knead with the flour to get a medium soft dough out of which you shape pretzels.
  3. Place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at medium heat and sprinkle with vanilla flavored confectioner's sugar while still hot.
