Plátanos al Caldero

  1. Peel the plantains and cut into halves. Stick the cloves and cinnamon into the plantains.
  2. In a shallow frying pan heat the butter, add the plantains and sauté until golden brown.
  3. In a separate container mix the remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour into the frying pan.
  5. Let the water evaporate.
  6. Let caramelize on one side and turn.
  7. Turn off the heat.
  8. Serve immediately.
