Peanut Macaroons

  1. Brown the peanuts under the broiler.
  2. Crush them.
  3. Beat the egg white a pinch of salt.
  4. Add the sugar and beat again.
  5. Then add the peanuts.
  6. Put the wax paper on a baking sheet.
  7. Grease it a little.
  8. Put small mounds of mixture on the paper.
  9. Bake at low heat 250°F until the macaroons are golden.
