Peanut Butter Cookie Pops

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F thoroughly cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  2. Toss together dry ingredients; blend into creamed mixture.
  3. Shape dough into ball.
  4. Roll dough approximately ⅛ inch thick.
  5. Dip cutters into flour before each use.
  6. Bake 10 – 12 minutes.
  7. Cool.
  8. Dip in chocolate or make peanut butter chocolate sandwiches.
  9. Makes 4 dozen place one or two wafers of candy melts on warm cookie.
  10. Sandwich two cookies together on lollipop stick.
