Pan-American Steak

Purchased from Rodgers Estate in Greenville, Texas in 1994. Date on card says it came from a 1940’s magazine. This is very good. I made it for supper club and it was a huge hit.



  1. Combine all ingredients except steak in a saucepan and simmer for 3 minutes.
  2. Pour over steak and marinate for 1 to 2 hours, turning steak every 15 minutes.
  3. Cook under broiler or over hickory chips and charcoal.
  4. For best results, baste often with sauce.
