  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Put the butter and flour in a separate pan.
  4. Melt the butter and flour together until it is thick.
  5. You are making a rue here.
  6. Add the cup of milk, the half and half.
  7. Mix all ingredients together in this pan and cook for 20 minutes.
