Moo Shu Pork with Veggies and Tortillas for Wraps

  • Makes 10 rolls



  1. Sauté the pork and half the garlic in 1 tbs oil in skillet until cooked though.
  2. Place in bowl.
  3. Wipe out skillet, heat remaining oil in skillet.
  4. Add scallions, carrots, slaw and remaining garlic, cook 8 minutes or until softened.
  5. Add hoisin sauce and soy sauce, heat through.
  6. Add the pork, heat through.
  7. Heat tortillas following package directions.
  8. Brush each with hoisin sauce.
  9. Spoon pork mixture down center of each.
  10. Roll up, serve.
