Milkshake (Lactose-Free)

Makes 4 milkshakes [1] Prep Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 10 minutes


  • 1 quart dairy-free soy or rice ice cream
  • 1 16-oz bag frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free almond milk, plus more if desired
  • 1 T. maple syrup


In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until thick and creamy. Add more dairy-free almond milk if desired. Serve cold, garnishing with a sprig of mint, dairy-free chocolate, nuts, or strawberries.
