Jackie's Favorite Cranberry Mold

  • Serves 8 to 10



  1. Combine gelatin and boiling water.
  2. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Stir in cranberry sauce, breaking up chunks.
  4. Stir in undrained pineapple tidbits, mint and pecans.
  5. Pour into favorite Jell-O mold.
  6. Drop sour cream by teaspoonfuls into gelatin mixture.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and chill.
  8. Unmold on platter, garnished with greenery.
