Green Mango Relish

  1. Seed and chop pepper, mangos and onions.
  2. Pour boiling water over them and drain.
  3. Cover with cold water in large kettle.
  4. Bring to boil and drain.
  5. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed and mustard seed and bring to a boil.
  6. Add to vegetable mixture and boil for 1 minute.
  7. Seal and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
