Fruit Salad
Description
Fruit Salad [1] [2] is a naturally sweet and healthy treat.
Ingredients
6 cups of favourite fresh fruits:
- bananas peeled and sliced
- blueberries
- pineapple, cut into bite size pieces
- blackberries
- raspberries
- mango, peeled and cubed
- strawberries, stems removed and berries halved
- kiwi, peeled, sliced
- oranges, peeled and cut into bite sizes
Dressing
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 3/4 tsp ground ginger or minced fresh ginger
Procedure
- Combine fruits in large serving bowl.
- Make dressing by combining the lime juice, honey and ginger.
- Pour dressing over fruit, mix and serve.
