Serves 4



  1. Finely chop onion, tomato, chili and coriander leaves.
  2. Take a bowl and beat the eggs.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables, basin flour, salt and turmeric.
  4. Mix all the ingredients using water.
  5. The consistency should be like dosa.
  6. Heat a non stick pan spread a little oil and make like a dosa.
