Banana Balls

Always check the ingredients to make sure the product is vegan.



  1. Slice bananas into small pieces.
  2. Put them into a pot and melt them.
  3. Stir often.
  4. Add a little water if bananas stick to pot.
  5. When bananas have completely melted, add coconut powder and cream of rice.
  6. Continue cooking for 10 minutes.
  7. Stir well and scrape bottom of pan.
  8. Then add powdered sugar and cardamom.
  9. Let mixture cool down.
  10. Make banana balls and roll them in coconut powder.
