Apricot Sauce

  1. In a saucepan combine apricot nectar, cornstarch, mustard, lemon peel and juice.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly; cook 2 minutes more.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in Equal™.
  5. Serve over pancakes, waffles or French toast.
