Ingredients

Dry rub

BBQ sauce

Procedures

Dry rub

  1. Mix together ingredients for dry rub.
  2. Place on ribs coating both sides.
  3. Wrap in foil for 8 – 10 hours.

BBQ sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
  2. Add onion apple and green peppers simmer, uncovered to the desired thickness.

Ribs

  1. To smoke ribs 5½ hours at 180 – 200°F baste with apple juice during cooking.
  2. Baste with the sauce during the last 15 minutes.
  3. Enjoy.
