Biscuits with the special aniseed taste.



  1. Separate eggs.
  2. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored.
  3. Beat egg white until stiff and combine the two mixtures.
  4. Gradually beat in the sugar, mix lightly.
  5. Sift the flour and add; then stir in the aniseed.
  6. Drop from the tip of a teaspoon, about 3 cm apart, on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Put pans into freezer for 2 hours.
  8. Bake at 150°C for 12 minutes.
