A yummy dessert that is simple to prepare and is healthy too!
Peel the oranges, taking the zest of two of them for later use.
Put the grated orange zest in a saucepan with some water. Bring it to the boil for a couple of minutes and then drain.
Put the Sugar in a non stick pan with 2 teaspoons of water. Heat until the Sugar melts and caramalises.
Add the water, cloves and blanched orange peel to the Sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, by which time the caramel will be dissolved.
Slice the oranges into slices and arrange on the bottom of a dish. Pour over the caramel and leave for a few hours.
