Combine cocoa, butter and water. Bring to boil; set aside. Mix together remaining ingredients and add to above boiled mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 15

Description

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup icing sugar
