Description

Jelly Roll [1][2] is a sweet dessert.

Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup icing sugar

Set oven to 375 degrees F. Grease the baking pan with butter. Take egg yolks in mixer, and make thick and foamy by beating on high. Mix in 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.
