Pickled Mushrooms



  1. Clean the mushrooms, cut into pieces and boil with water for 10 minutes.


  1. Put oil in a pan, add orange peel and lemon, after they have been cooked a bit, add the sliced onions and whole garlic cloves, bay leaf, vinegar, water and salt.
  2. Let it cook a while.
  3. Add the mushrooms that have been boiled previously.
  4. And leave until they absorb the flavor of the marinade. The longer they marinade, the better they tastes.
