Ingredients
1 cup dry
red wine
1½ tbsp
soy sauce
¼ tsp
oregano
¼ tsp
marjoram
⅛ tsp
pepper
2 lbs lean meat (flank or round
steak
,
poultry
,
fish
)
Procedures
Crumble
oregano
and
marjoram
into wine and soy sauce.
Add
pepper
.
Place meat in a plastic bag, pour marinade over, and seal bag.
Chill 12 to 18 hours.
Baste meat with marinade while cooking.
