Makes 5 dozen hors d'oeuvres.

  1. Mix the hot rice with Cheese, chili powder, and salt until well blended and Cheese is melted.
  2. Form into small balls.
  3. Roll in seasoned crumbs.
  4. Place on greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve warm
