Description

Some call this drink a chocolate phosphate.

  1. Place ice cubes in a tall beverage glass.
  2. Measure chocolate syrup on top of ice.
  3. Add club soda slowly; stir vigorously with a long-handled beverage spoon to blend.
  4. Serve at once.
