Couscous with Lentils

  1. In a saucepan, heat the oil.
  2. Cook the onions and garlic just for a minute, to soften them up.
  3. Add the tomato paste, Maggi cube, and water.
  4. Season this with lots of herbs.
  5. Bring this to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for a minute or two.
  6. When you’re bored of waiting, add the couscous and prepared Lentils.
  7. Cover again and let cook for 5 minutes on the lowest flame possible.
