Cinnamon Chips and Fruit Salsa

Description

I used this for a Cinco de Mayo dessert. It is so simple to make and very tasty!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F degrees
  2. Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray.
  3. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon/sugar.
  5. Spray again with cooking spray.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Repeat with remaining tortilla wedges.
  8. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes.
  9. Serve with chilled fruit salsa.
