Cambodian Table Sauce

  • 2x Cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1x -(up to)
  • 2x Fresh red chiles, seeded, veins removed
  • 1/2cup-water
  • 2tbl sauce
  • 1x lime, juice of
  • 3tbl Sugar
  • Shredded carrot for garnish


  1. Combine garlic, chiles and water and liquify in a blender or food processor.
  2. Mix together with sauce, lime juice and Sugar. Stir to dissolve Sugar.
  3. Add shredded carrot.
