Broad Bean and Tofu Dip
- 500g fresh or frozen broad beans
- 250g soft tofu, chopped
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
Boil, steam or microwave broad beans until soft.
Remove skin from beans and discard skins.
Blend or process all ingredients until smooth.
Refridgerate 1 hour before serving.
