Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Slice the red onions, carrots and chop the parsley.
  2. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  3. Heat the butter in the pan and add meat and vegetables.
  4. Pour water into the stew and let it boil.
  5. Take the foam of the top, add salt and pepper and blanched tomatoes (or tomato sauce).
  6. Fry it gently, until meat is cooked.
  7. In the end add red pepper and stir it in.
  8. Always serve with plenty of sauce.
