Description

Procedures

  1. Conventional Oven.
  2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  3. Put all ingredients onto a baking pan.
  4. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
  5. Cool slightly. Peel and chop all ingredients.
  6. Put everything in a mixing bowl and stir.
  7. Add salt and garlic and mix well.
  8. Before serving preheat cooking oil.
  9. Place the mixture in a serving bowl, pour oil and stir.
