  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Place desired number of halved bananas into buttered baking dish.
  3. Add sugar and cinnamon to taste.
  4. Just cover bananas with milk and add butter cubes.
  5. Place baking dish inside larger baking dish for spillage.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 5 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake until milk is absorbed and bananas are golden brown.
  8. Serve hot or cold.
