Amish Cornbread II

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Grease a baking pan.
  3. Combine starter, egg, milk, sugar, flour and cornmeal.
  4. Beat for 2 minutes.
  5. Mix in oil, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
  6. Transfer mixture to prepared baking pan.
  7. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes.
  8. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
  9. Remove and cool completely.
