  1. Chop everything that's choppable, not including your fingers.
  2. Combine all ingredients and season to taste.
  3. Chill.
  4. For a smoother soup, you can grate the vegetables with a hand grater.
  5. For an even smoother soup, blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
