Strawberry Mousse

Description
Strawberry mousse with fresh fruits. A pretty pink color.

- Makes 12 servings.
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups chopped strawberries
- fresh fruits for garnish
Directions
- Place egg white in a bowl.
- Whisk 2 minutes or until light and foamy.
- Beat in sugar and strawberries.
- Increase speed and beat 15 minutes or until mixture fills the bowl.
- Transfer to a decorative bowl and freeze 4 hours.
- To serve---remove from freezer and garnish with fresh fruits.
