Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin, chilled
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk, chilled
1 cup (8 oz container) vanilla low fat yogurt
¼ cup sugar
¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
whipped cream / topping

Directions

Combine all ingredients except whipped topping.
Blend well.
Top with whipped topping and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.
