Zucchini-Carrot Bread

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat at eggs oil and vanilla together
  2. In a separate bowl mix together sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon
  3. Add zucchini, carrots, nuts and blend thoroughly
  4. Add rest of dry ingredients, mix thoroughly
  5. Pour into two 9x5 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350°F for slightly over an hour
