Vegan Butter

Description

Always check the ingredients to make sure the product is vegan.

Ingredients

• ¾ cup hot, cooked cornmeal
• ½ cup water
• ¼ cup coconut
• ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients till smooth.
2. Use on bread and vegetables, but note that it does not melt well.
