Vanilla Dessert

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp arrowroot
• 500 ml soy/rice milk
• ¼ cup raw sugar
• ¼ brown sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Directions

1. Dissolve arrowroot in a little of the milk.
2. Gradually heat in a saucepan.
3. Slowly add remaining milk stirring continuously.
4. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over a medium heat, stirring until mixture thickens.
5. Pour into individual dishes and refrigerate until ready to serve.
