Sliced Omelet

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• black or white pepper
• a dash of salt
• 1 tablespoon of oil
• 1 teaspoon of cornstarch

Directions

1. Beat the egg with the cornstarch , black or white pepper and salt.
2. Heat oil in a skillet and bake 2 omelets.
3. Roll up the omelets and slice thinly.
