Ingredients
¾ c.
Sugar
3 large
eggs
, lightly beaten
1 tsp.
ginger
1 c.
milk
1 tsp.
cinnamon
½ tsp.
vanilla
¼ tsp.
salt
1 tsp.
nutmeg
2 c. mashed cooked
carrots
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
Combine
Sugar
, spices, and
salt
in mixing bowl.
Add
carrots
and
eggs
, mix well. Stir in
milk
and
vanilla
.
Pour mixture in pie shell and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until firm.
Cool before serving.
