  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F.
  2. Combine Sugar, spices, and salt in mixing bowl.
  3. Add carrots and eggs, mix well. Stir in milk and vanilla.
  4. Pour mixture in pie shell and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until firm.
  5. Cool before serving.
