Mashed Carrot Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 lbs of boiled, mashed carrots
• ¼ lb of butter
• 1 cup of sugar
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 4 beaten eggs

Directions

1. Mix the first 6 ingredients.
2. Add beaten eggs.
3. Put in a greased casserole pan, sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
4. Bake until golden.
