About Marmalade
A jelly like preserve containing pieces of fruit and its rind, especially citrus fruit, cooked with sugar. The word marmalade originated made from quince, the Portuguese word marmalade means quince jam. Now, however, Seville oranges are the most popular fruit for marmalades. Greco-Roman origin.
