Description

This recipe comes from Montréal, Québec

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the eggplant and cut into thin slices.
  2. Place in a heat-proof dish and steam for 20 minutes, or until very soft.
  3. Mash and let cool.
  4. Mix well with the sesame oil, salt, sesame paste,coriander, chives, and garlic and serve.
