Gabonese Gombo Soup

Directions

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in oil until soft.
  2. Add piment, gombo, water and Maggi.
  3. Cook until gombo is soft.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and cook 10–15 minutes.
  5. Season to taste.
