Ingredients

Chickpeas
vegan mustard
garlic salt
whole Wheat vegan bread
optional: sprouts, lettuce, tomatoes

Directions

Mash Chickpeas in a bowl, add garlic salt (to taste) and mustard (to taste) and spread on sandwich. Add tomatoes, sprouts, lettuce, etc.
