Tuna Balls

Ingredients

• medium size can Tuna
• 8oz mashed Potato
• eggs
• browned breadcrumbs
• salt and pepper

Directions

1. Mix Tuna, Potato and seasoning with one egg into a paste
2. Form into balls and roll in the second egg and browned breadcrumbs
3. Fry in oil for 10 minutes
4. Serve with sweet and sour sauce
