Tahitian Coffee

Description

Ingredients =

• 2¾ cups hot strong brewed coffee
• ¼ cup dark rum
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• ½ cup low-fat vanilla ice cream
• 4 (3 inches) cinnamon sticks (optional)

Directions

1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a pitcher, stirring until sugar dissolves.
2. Pour into mugs, and top with ice cream (2 tablespoons per mug).
3. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, if desired.
