Vegetarian Tomato Hash
Description
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hager Estate in Canton, Texas in 1982.

Ingredients
- 1½ cups bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups fresh tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ cup tender corn, either fresh or canned
Directions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and fry or bake.
